N.A.W.A., based in New York City, is a source of culture and education through its active exhibition schedule, a permanent museum collection, the maintenance of an historic archive and the educational programs available to its members and to the public.
N.A.W.A. sponsors various exhibition opportunities for the work of its members. These include year-round juried exhibitions, traveling exhibitions presented by museums, university and corporate galleries, and art centers around the country, international exhibitions, and one annual non-juried exhibition. At the annual exhibition, a generous award fund enables N.A.W.A. to recognize the talents of its artists. Prominent art professionals serve as jurors for the awards.
Each N.A.W.A. exhibition begins with a prospectus for member artists. The current prosepctus is available on the Member Log-in area of this website.
